Vitaliy specializes in the information technology sector, the mechanical engineering and renewable energy sectors.

Vitaliy has 15 years of experience with a focus on M&A and Restructuring.

Vitaliy has completed more than twenty M&A and financial restructuring projects, with a total value of more than $ 500 million. Recent successful projects include the sale of LeBoutique and the co-advising in the process of financing attraction for Creatio (ex-Terrasoft).

Previously Managing Director at Concorde Capital Investment Banking, and Consultant of Transaction Advisory at Deloitte Ukraine. Holds MA degree in Economics from KSE (Kyiv School of Economics).

He enjoys running, road cycling and swimming and combines all of it by participating in Ironman 70.3.
