Iryna is responsible for management of execution team, deal origination and managing selected M&A, financing attraction and debt restructuring transactions.

She has more than 10 years of international and local experience in debt&equity raising, M&A, Restructuring, Financial Advisory & Transaction Support.

Iryna's latest successful deals with Soul Partners include the attraction of crucial financing for eastern Ukrainian companies under USAID "Economic Resilience Activity"; co-advising in the process of financing attraction for Creatio (ex-Terrasoft); the sale of fashion e-commerce company – LeBoutique; the sale of an agricultural company in the Lviv region.

Previously Senior Associate at Concorde Capital Investment Banking. Worked as Senior Associate at Deloitte Ukraine (due diligence and M&A advisory). Holds MA degree in Economics from Kyiv-Mohyla Academy.
