Soul Partners advised Carpathian Mineral Waters and its shareholders on Transaction with Maspex, leading CEE Food Group
Soul Partners acted as exclusive financial advisor to Carpathian Mineral Waters and it's shareholders in connection with investment transaction with Maspex, one of the largest food companies in Central and Eastern Europe. Carpathian Mineral Waters group is one of Ukraine's leading producers of mineral water, soft drinks and snacks. Its flagship brand, Karpatska Dzherelna, is the second-largest mineral water brand in Ukraine.
The transaction provides Carpathian Mineral Waters group with access to a portfolio of more than 90 brands, as well as the resources and expertise of a leading international player. For Maspex, the transaction marks its first direct investment in a manufacturing business in Ukraine.
