Previously Managing Director at Concorde Capital Investment Banking, and Consultant at Deloitte Ukraine (restructuring & due diligence)

Vitaliy advised corporate clients through the M&A and Restructuring cycle on 15+ projects with over $500 millions total deal value.

Holds MA degree in Economics from KSE (Kyiv School of Economics).
